Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz has himself a fleet of hybrid SUVs which he travels around in.  Borough Hall recently purchased a couple of bicycles for official use, however Marty, when asked, said he won’t be using them…his SUV has that A/C and all.  What a boring post.  Nice picture though, I hope.
